Hey Big Spender !!

Well -- Me and my mother had a girls weekend and took a little trip up to Cherokee, NC for a few days to get away !!

You know, I had envisioned a quiet weekend away with lots of relaxation and rest ...... but, instead, the woman ran me ragged. She didn't even get her suitcase unpacked before she found her "Player Card" and decided it was time to hit the slots !!!

Geesh !! After a day of playing, she called in a few favors to the casino "boss" and got us a few more points on our cards ..... WHAT FUN !!! Do you know that they will give you chocolate turtles for FREE if you put enough money in the slot machines. We estimate that those turtles were worth about $45 each ..... Now that is a BARGAIN !!!

SO -- even though we were not on any sort of lucky streak .... we kept trying anyway ....

We laughed and entertained everyone from one end of Cherokee to the other ........ all in all ..... GREAT WEEKEND !!
