Let Summer Begin !!!

Well -- it is officially here .... the beginning of our SUMMER FUN !!!

Today, we officially kicked off this season at June & Babe's pool. For those of you that do not know.....June and Babe (in their real lives) are Joan & David....but we figure JUNE & BABE are much more fun !!!

Yesterday, we all attended Matt's high school graduation party at the pool, but with the children around, there was no room in the pool for all of us.....so today, we just chilled out and relaxed by the pool -- just the ADULTS...(if that is what we must be called....).

(As you can see.....GIZZY was quite the TROOPER....He even joined us in the pool for a SWIM !!! All the potato chips Aunt Heather was giving him must have given him ENERGY !!)

Today was Heather (aka Foxy)'s Birthday. With it also being Mother's Day - we didn't want Foxy to feel slighted -- so we all met up tonight at our house for a little get together to celebrate the day !!

We had the most lovely time .... too bad birthday parties only happen once per year !!!

13 Years Today -- And Still Going Strong !!

WOW -- 13 years of Wedded BLISS !!! I can't wait to see what the next 13 holds !!!

Our Final Days...

Our last few days were spent playing on the beach and enjoying our vacation.

Soon -- it is back to reality ---- at least until our CRUISE in September !!!!

Bike Week Festivities

Much of our week was full of riding our bikes and hanging out with the bikers......ok -- mainly just people watching....

I have no idea what most of these people are thinking......actually -- I guess most of them ARE NOT thinking !!!

An Exciting Afternoon of Golf

Today, Mr. Walker and David were nice enough to pay an additional $20 each so Joan and I could ride in the golf cart while they frantically searched for their golf balls all over Bay Harbour Golf Course in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Next time, I think I will opt for $20 worth

of Pineapple Willys treats !!!

So -- for approximately 17 hours today, we rode around in the sweltering heat and watched the boys hack, I mean hit the ball around the course.....it was quite exciting. Can't you tell we are totally AMUSED ?

It was so exciting, Joan and I started searching for alternate activities....like fashion modeling to occupy the time....

Once Mr. Walker realized that he had made a donation of about 23 balls to the course - he decided to join us for our next photo shoot....

The prize for best hacker goes to ------ DAVID BROWN !!!! RAH RAH !!!

Joan and I have learned that we eat out of bordom... After consuming at least a 6 pack of DDP (Diet Dr. Pepper, for short) each, 2 bags of potato chips, a candy bar, COMBOS and anything else we could find to munch on ----- Finally -- the end was in sight !!!! THE 18TH HOLE !!!!!

We were just about home free when Mr. Walker suggested we play another 9 holes on the neighboring course ------- at that point, I decided to WRESTLE him to the ground and take his clubs !!!! Don't mess with a TIRED, BORED and HOT woman !! Not to mention ... hungry !!

After one final picture on the 18th hole of Mr. Walker with his SOLE remaining golf ball -- we packed up our toys ------ and went HOME !!!

TOMORROW -- Joan and I plan to watch the grass grow. We have stocked up the refrigerator in anticipation !
