LADIES AND GENTLEMEN !! We have a WINNER !!

So...last night, we all got together at Mom and Dad's house before David and Becki went home. Mom cooked dinner for us and it was YUMMILICIOUS !!! Although, NOTE TO SELF....check all salad dressings before consuming....I WON the PRIZE....my bottle of salad dressing had expired in NOVEMBER of 2004 !! YES, that is 2004....not a typo !!! I am keeping my eye on her from now on...I think she might be trying to poison my poor father.....one salad at a time....

Anyway ... Killer...ooops...I mean Mother had purchased 3 refurbished slot machines (that now work on tokens only) for GAME NIGHTS at the NURSING HOME...so, one had been set up in the living room for TESTING purposes. Well, DAD was the big jackpot winner of the night !!! I think he won about 300 tokens !!! Since we were low on our "token redemption" gifts, we just gave him PIERRE as his consolation PRIZE !! Notice David getting in on the excitement. We are affectionately calling him "PIT BOSS" these days !!!

After our excitement with the game....we moved on to even more exciting things. Not only are Daddy and David good at preaching and teaching, they also moonlight as PET PHOTOGRAPHERS.....the only downside is, they need a THIRD helper....and that was me.............you see, David is responsible for holding up the BLUE PLUSH blanket (the background) while simultaneously holding onto Pierre's TAIL to insure he doesn't JUMP off of the set (aka dining room table).....meanwhile, my father stands in front of the set/table, jumping around, whistling and making other "dog" sounds while shaking the sonic cup full of ice at their "subject" in hopes of getting a "smile".....which brings us to their predicament...no one to take the picture.....that is where I came in......Our handy work is below.....

"I'm not doing it ...you can't make me..."

"I said No....and I mean NO"

"Maybe if I hide behind this plant they will give up !!"

"Somebody HELP me...I am being ASSAULTED !!"

"Fine...you broke me.....I am a broken shell of a DOG...do with me what you please !!!!"

Finally -- the terrorizing was over and Pierre slunk over to the couch to plan his escape from the loonies !!!

But....Pierre wasn't the only dog in the house last night. Becki just got a new puppy...Ms. Lilly !! She is adorable, but hid most of the night under the PLUSH BLUE background when it wasn't in use......

At this time, I would like to draw your attention to Mr. Walker.....during all of this time...he maintained his place of honor in the easy chair.....just enjoying the comedy show we call FAMILY TIME !
