October Stats Are In !!
Well, the stats for October are in and .... MR. WALKER HAS MADE ME PROUD !!!
In October he was the #1 Listing Leader with NEW listings totalling $2,537,000. He was the #1 Closed Leader with CLOSED volume equalling $1,437,900 and, he was also #1 in the Making It Happen category with 17 new pieces of business (closings, contracts, listings, etc.) being processed in the office.
What this all boils down to is that Mr. Walker is DOING AN OUTSTANDING JOB !!!!!!

so does this mean that he made about half a million this year?!?!
I guess i should be expecting a VERY nice christmas gift this year!
