Wednesday, St. Thomas, USVI

Well, we just cleared customs. Can you believe that everyone on this boat had to go through customs this morning because we arrived in a US territory ? It was pretty painless though. We intentionally waited until everyone else had processed before we went through. Took about 3 minutes !

OK....now onto the important stuff....

We had a small incident...right after we posted on Monday night....Mr. Walker was feeling pretty sure of himself and his "luck" in the casino, so he proceeded to return to the scene of the previous night's winning.....only this time it wasn't me that tried to keep his money and his kicking, screaming and throwing himself on the floor didn't work quite as well with the cashier as it had worked with me.....so, we left with Mr. Walker sporting a much lighter wallet and wet, swollen eyes and a hoarse voice.....I rewarded him with a Reese's cup when we got back to our room. That made him happy.

Yesterday was a day at sea and we slept late, ate hot dogs and hamburgers and laid out at the pool. We then took an afternoon nap, Dwayne ate a Reese's cup, attended the previous guest reception and then had dinner and then Dwayne had another Reese's cup. They have changed our table and wait staff and they are great, so we are happy about that.

Then....last night we subjected ourselves to a show that was a Karen Carpenter tribute. It was SOOO bad, we couldn't take our eyes off of her....it was like a train wreck !!! Dwayne felt so bad that he had to eat a Reese's cup right after the performance.

We are getting ready to get off the boat in St. Thomas and go exploring. Our only mission of the day is to buy some more Reese's cups. Mr. Walker is about out.....

The weather is beautiful and the islands is even prettier. It is completely covered with trees, rather than sand and beaches. At least that is what we can see from the boat so far.
